It’s crazy to believe that I’ve made 40 of these things. When I posted the first one I had no real idea why I was was doing it or what it was. Now that I’m a little farther along I have a small sense of what Thought and Photos is and why I do it, but I don’t really think I’ve got this figured out.
At the moment, my objective is to capture and document the people and moments around me. The cool part about this project(puke) is that it didn’t start as that, and probably won’t end that way.
I lack the literary skill to express how much my friend, Miriam Ford, means to me. She embodies grace, kindness, sharp wit, wisdom, and brains. Lucky, or Blessed, or whatever catch-all word you’d like to use, does not begin to describe the friendship I’ve found with you. Meh
“Hey, do you want to go to Hocking at night?” – The question the kicked off a little excursion. What you don’t realize is how incredibly quiet Hocking Hills is at night. It was a bit eerie but it made for interesting conversation, but then again, conversation is always interesting with Ean Hammond.

mere mortals that you think of them?
They are like a breath;
their days are like a fleeting shadow.
